How to Use

1.

Push the round white buttons in and move the legs out away from pillow until at a 45, 90, or 135 degree angle. We suggest 90.

2.

Pull open the white clips on the legs, then extend the legs to your ideal comfort height. About eye level is a good place to start. There are numbers on each leg. Close locks to secure leg length.

3.

Place poles on your thighs, seat base, tray table or wherever is most  comfortable. If on a tray table, “rest” the clips on the near side of the tray table, or wrap the straps under the tray table and rest the clips on the far side. Adjust the strap length to create your desired angle and leg length.

* If a flight attendant asks you not to use the tray table, explain that the clips are resting on the  edge and the pillow folds up in seconds. However, if flight attendants insist on not using it in this manner, please comply.

4.

If you prefer to side sleep, choose a window seat and rest the legs on your armrest, fold the  pillow to 135° angle so the U is facing up.
